Starting with the Standard amp chassis in a striking all black finish, in making the Signature we install our proprietary "Active Tube Load" circuit in the preamp, upgrade all the preamp capacitors to Auricaps, upgrade all the preamp resistors, and upgrade the wiring from the amp board to the speaker terminals. All the upgrades take the Signature to a much higher performance level, with greatly increased resolution and detail throughout the audio spectrum. And just like our speakers, you can upgrade from Standard to Signature at any time just for the difference in price.
